Dr. Kelley Deak is a 1998 graduate from the IU School of Optometry and has been serving patients in south-central Indiana for 23 years. She also graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015 and is a member of the Ocular Wellness and Nutrition Society. This gives her a unique, natural perspective on preventing disease and promoting wellness of the eyes. She is a member of the American and Indiana Optometric Societies

She is board certified in managing eye problems such as cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma, dry eyes, and diabetic eye disease. She is experienced in solving contact lens-related issues and fitting for astigmatism and presbyopia. She has extensive experience with removal of foreign objects in eyes and can see you for other emergencies related to red eyes, sudden loss of vision, and flashes/floaters. Trouble with glare and night vision? Dr. Deak can help you figure out the source of the problem. She can also be known to dance and sing at work as a reflection of the joy she gets out of helping patients and working with the incredible team at Precision Eye Group.

Dr. Deak lives in Columbus and enjoys spending time with her four children and fur babies. Her hobbies include traveling, acrylic art of eyes, cycling, and hiking.

She has done eye care mission work in Guanajuato, Mexico, and most recently Malawi, Africa. She has worked with Volunteers in Medicine and Prevent Blindness America. She is welcoming new patients of any age as well as patients from her previous locations.
